"You were able to supply us with a K-9 that answered all our
needs. We purchased the dog in March 2006 and today, the dog
is now one of our finest police dogs. Therefor we are pleased
to confirm that we received an excellent service and much
more."
Sergeant Pierre Jacques - Direction Des Mesures
D'Urgence - Québec
"You've been able to meet all my team's
training requirements. It goes without saying that total
satisfaction is my top priority or my job would not exist.
Professional service along with the guarantees that
you offer are very important to me. When we need to
purchase working dogs, either for international airport or other
police organizations, a great amount of money is at stake and
wasting our time with dogs that do not fill our needs forces us to
spend a lot more unnecessary money. In today's world
effective management of funds is a key element. I have been
purchasing dogs from your firm for several years now.
You have become our exclusive dog supplier since we are confident
that we will be getting excellent dogs and service from
you."

"Since 1995, I have
been coordinator of the canine unit for the city of Montreal police
force and among my main tasks is the responsibility of selecting,
purchasing and training pups and dogs for my section. For
several years now, the Burke Police Dog Academy has been our
privileged supplier for our police force as well as providing dogs
necessary to our unit. The Academy distinguishes itself
particularly for its professional service in researching dogs
desired, its procedures of purchase, delivery and after-sales
service.
Furthermore, the Burke
Academy always provides us dogs of exceptional quality in regards
to health, and a temperament with an undeniable potential for the
work of police dog with no limitations to age, sex of dog (puppy,
female or male). Having worked since 1997 with dogs who
detect explosives, and now currently working with my 3rd dog which
is a female German Shepherd with rare effective skills that
originated from the Academy."

Unit, Service of Police of the City of Montreal
"Just another quick
update. Voss is doing extremely well, he has completed tracking in
levels 1 and 2, and partial 3. We have been working on obedience,
agility, evidence and bite work as well. We apply the Hold and Bark
(detain) within our deployment policy. I find that it is more
difficult to train than the Find and Bite, but have not experienced
any difficulty with Voss. Steve and I both noticed Voss to be a
quick learner, as he has been detaining with little effort made on
our part. Training in general has been progressing favourably. Voss
would be at least 6 weeks ahead of where we would expect him to be
due to your effort."

"Dex and I finished
training yesterday. We have received 3 of our 4 certifications, 2
drug and 1 patrol. We will attempt our 4th cert (WSPCA Patrol) on
this coming Wednesday. Thank you very much for all of your
help!"

Mr.
McKenna,
Let me begin by
thanking you for accepting a grade 12 student from our school in
your workplace through the Co-op program. By being with you
every day, Jean-David will be to see all aspects of this type of
work. This experience will certainly help him validate and
confirm his choice of career and post-secondary
education.
I was thoroughly
impressed with your facility when I went to visit at the end of
October. You are truly professionals in your field of
work. I would not hesistate to place a student at your Police
Dog Academy if ever there was another
application.
Jean-David has only
praise for you and your teammates. He is excited about this
placement and is very proud to tell me and other students about his
work and what he accomplishes with the dogs.
Thank you for the
time and attention given to our student. It is deeply
appreciated. I look forward to our next visit in
January.
Kind
regards,
